Customer Loyalty Rewards Program

As a token of our appreciation for your continued support, we are pleased to offer a Loyalty Rewards Program that allows you to earn points on every purchase and redeem them for future discounts.

Earning Reward Points

Customers will earn 1 loyalty point for every ₹1 spent on eligible purchases. Points will be automatically credited to your account upon successful completion of an order.

Redeeming Reward Points

• Points can be redeemed at checkout to receive a discount on your purchase.
• 100 points = ₹7 discount value.
• A minimum of 5,000 points is required to initiate redemption.
• A maximum of 20,000 points can be redeemed per order.

Loyalty points can be redeemed only on orders with a minimum cart value of ₹7,500.

How to Redeem Points

To redeem your loyalty points and access all reward-related features, please follow the steps below: Click on the “Rewards” button located at the bottom-right corner of our website.

Once the panel opens, you will see:

• Your Current Points Balance
• Earn Points – View how you can accumulate more points based on purchases and actions.
• Redeem Points – Click here to redeem your available points.
  
  

You can redeem a minimum of 5,000 points and up to a maximum of 20,000 points per transaction. After selecting the desired number of points to redeem, a unique discount code will be generated for you.

The generated discount code:

• Will be displayed immediately within the Rewards panel.
• Can also be found under the “My Rewards” section inside the Rewards button.

Please Note:
Redeemed discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or coupon codes. They are to be used individually during checkout.

Terms & Conditions

• Points are applicable only on completed, non-returned, and non-cancelled orders.
• Loyalty points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Points cannot be used in conjunction with select promotional offers, discounts, or coupon codes, unless explicitly stated.
• Points are valid for a limited duration; please refer to your account dashboard for expiration details.
• In the event of order cancellation or return, any points earned or used will be adjusted accordingly.
• The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program or its terms at any time without prior notice.
